Returns are of course possible! We ask to return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only possible when:

– The product is unworn: The item must not be dirty, worn, stained, or damaged and must also be free of odors such as sweat, deodorant, perfume and smoke.

– The label is still attached to the product.

– The return shipment has been sent with care. Please fold it neatly.

– The product in the original box will be returned.

– The shipping and return costs are at your own expense.

Return Process

We would like to receive an e-mail with the return information. This can go to info@thecostumeshop.nl

Mention in this e-mail the #order number, your name and the reason for return. PLEASE NOTE, you do not need an agreement to return, the e-mail is only a notification, you will not receive a response.

Returns are at your own expense, these costs cannot be recovered from The Costume Shop. Also pay attention to which party you return with. We are not liable for any loss of the packages. Nor can we be held responsible for this. We therefore recommend at all times to return with a reliable party such as Post NL.

As soon as we have received the return package and it meets our general terms and conditions, we will return the paid amount minus the shipping fee in the same payment method within 14 days. This happens 14 days after receipt at The Costume Shop.

We do not provide a warranty on clothing. The items are carefully checked before shipping. Everything has been carefully tested: the buttons, the zippers and the fabric. We always try to look for a solution, but each package is checked by us with love because we do not work with mass production but a small edition. We therefore do not guarantee buttons, zippers and color differences after washing. The washing instructions are clear. This is a beautiful handmade product, made with love, so treat it with love!

We ship with Post NL.

We will try to send your order within five working days after ordering. After that we will provide you with a Track & Trace from PostNL. Usually Post NL will take 1 working day to send your package in The Netherlands and outside The Netherlands it will take 3-6 working days and Non-EU will take about 4-8 working days!
